The fast-food restaurant that prides itself in serving Brooklyn's finest American smash burgers opened with an exclusive VIP night, red carpet party!
The invite-only event hosted Stoke’s most prestigious influencers and food bloggers. The event had a live DJ, and Wacky entertainment and showcased the best of what Betsy’s had to offer!
The invitees were served a delicious platter of burgers, loaded “sloppy joe” fries topped with lava cheese, beef and jalapenos! Plus a pot of lava hot cheese for pouring, dunking and dipping! They also sampled Betsy’s signature sodas, unique flavours such as grape, guava and bubblegum soda!
Influencers were delighted at the delicious delicacies! They sampled Betsy’s original sauces, with 10 to choose from including Betsy’s original house sauce, the food is perfectly complemented in every way!
The event was perfectly documented by the social media influencers, creating a buzz online for the new store! Influencers plugged Betsy’s 100 free burgers event the following day and fans flocked in the hundreds to try the spectacular smash & stacked burgers that are taking the internet by storm!
Influencers were delighted by the evening leaving the event with raving reviews and wanting more…

The VIP night on Friday was followed by the official public opening event on Saturday! Fans queued up early by the hundreds to try the amazing burgers! The live DJ was back to keep the crowds entertained and the vibes were almost as amazing as the food.
The 100 FREE burgers were given out quickly and the remaining fans continued to queue to get a taste of the new burgers on the block! The new staff rose to the challenge and implemented their rigorous training ensuring every burger had the Betsy seal of approval.
Ronald McDonald attended as Betsy playfully poked fun at the competition, declaring a no clown ban in the Betsy’s kitchen, the crowds chanted “The King is dead. Long live the queen”
The crowns were delighted by the entertainment and gladly waited for a taste that did not disappoint!
"Really nice for American food such as a cheese-covered burger and sloppy Joes. Very competitive price point as well. Really impressed with the quality especially for the first day, am looking forward to going again."

"Brand new in Hanley decided to go in on a whim. Fast and friendly service, with a fantastic selection of burgers, dirty fries and sides. Highly recommend the Freaky Friday dirty fries, and to sit in and eat as the music choices are fantastic as well. The only drawback is that I don't live closer to it"

The future is bright for Betsy's Burgers! Betsy’s seats 35 people and offers disabled access, baby changing facilities and free wifi.
The Stoke, Hanley store will create over 50 jobs across two shifts, the heavily student-populated area is home to Staffordshire & Keele University. Hanley is also home to Intu potteries shopping centre, a stone's throw away from the flagship Betsy’s Burgers store situation next to Little Dessert Shop and alongside CEX.
The new flagship store in Stoke, Hanley opening times are as follows 11:00 am - 2:00 am Sun - Thursday and 11:00 am - 3:00 am Friday - Saturday.
